VETERINARY CENTER
Al Shaqab will feature a veterinary hospital with a highly qualified veterinary staff, state-of-the-art equipment, laboratory, and surgical facilities. The goal of the Veterinary Center is to ensure the finest care for equine residents, as well as for horses within Qatar and the Arabian Gulf region.
Education is a vital component of Al Shaqab and training courses are planned in addition to the full complement of veterinary services. A farrier section will be staffed by professionals to perform equine hoof trimming and shoeing, as well as therapeutic procedures to address lameness and laminitis issues.
