Ali Abdullah Al-Mannai

In his role as Assistant Manager, Facilities and Support Service, Ali Abdullah Al-Mannai provides a complete understanding of facilities and the vital significance of the horse in Qatar and its welfare.

A 2004 graduate of Qatar University with a degree in mechanical engineering, Ali has continued his education obtaining a diploma in certified practical training from Hylsa Steel, one of Mexico's largest steel manufacturing operations. He joined Al Shaqab in August 2007.

Having ridden horses in his early years, Ali has an appreciation for equestrian sports and is passionate in his role to provide the proper facilities and support services for Al Shaqab's horses. Additionally, he is committed to achieving the highest facility standards for the Al Shaqab staff, with particular attention to providing efficiency of operations, comfort and environmental safety for both humans and horses.

As a Qatari, Ali is proud of the role that Al Shaqab provides as a member of Qatar Foundation and its significance in the State of Qatar. He is committed to the goal of making the Al Shaqab facility an "Equestrian Dream."
